A less polluting initiative
Since the beginning of February, their exterior has been in the heart of the forest, in the Arenberg gap, the mythical cobblestone sector of Paris-Roubaix. The goats graze there in semi-freedom and are real natural mowers. “It is better to deal with biquettes than with machines for nature, it pollutes less”, underlines Patrick Mayeux, employee of the association. In a few days, the goats will have grazed on the 2.4 km of the gap, which patiently awaits the passage of cyclists on April 9.
