Concerning Emmanuel Macron’s statements this Thursday evening announcing the sending of Mirage 2000-5 planes and the training of Ukrainian soldiers, Pierre Jouvet assures that he supports this position: “We are very clear on the subject. We consider that France has not been sufficiently responsive to Ukrainian aid and that Emmanuel Macron has procrastinated too much in recent months”.
