Plants are everywhere. For Baptiste, software creator, this framework has many advantages. “Being surrounded by plants, it allows us to keep control and serenity”, he admits. In the brand new building in the heart of Paris, which houses some fifty companies, everything has been thought out to bring nature into the workspace.

Feel at home

Since confinement, this type of request has exploded. “Indeed, after the Covid, there was a whole challenge in bringing employees back to the company”, confides Sarah Delaval, director of the plant agency Pousse. Thus, some companies no longer hesitate to call on landscapers. Rest room, tropical atmosphere, wooded interior courtyard, tree-lined terrace, the trend is to feel at home. The plants come from France and are grown without chemical input.
