After having prorogued the parliamentary session last week, the Premier of Quebec, François Legault, will deliver an opening speech today at 2 p.m. at the Salon Bleu. In a press release sent last week, the CAQ leader said that the new session would be “an opportunity to prepare Quebec for the post-pandemic”.
For the government, this speech “will allow the Prime Minister to update government priorities, the context having changed a lot since the inaugural speech of October 2018, which preceded the COVID-19 pandemic”.
