The government of François Legault will present today a “minibudget”. A month ago, the President of the Treasury Board, Sonia Lebel, suggested that several departments would have to do the same with less.
In this economic update, Finance Minister Eric Girard is expected to highlight the labor shortage. The Premier also recently expressed four other post-pandemic economic priorities, namely purchasing from Quebec, exporting, innovation and the green economy.
