Karim Uncovers a Poisoning Plot Against Mélody
At the police station, Karim takes Mélody’s statement alongside Georges. The young woman describes a chilling encounter upon arriving home, where she sensed someone lurking in her apartment. She recalls the figure as tall, dressed in a hood and gloves, who attempted to restrain her. However, her quick thinking allowed her to escape, resulting in a head injury during the struggle. Karim deduces that this was a calculated attack, but Mélody is baffled about who might want to harm her.
Following the statement, Georges walks Mélody outside and hands her off to Bastien, who suggests a stroll to help her clear her mind. She agrees, grateful for the company. Meanwhile, Georges heads back home, where forensic experts are examining the scene, but Damien notes that there are no signs of forced entry.
After their walk, Mélody and Bastien enjoy lunch at Spoon, where they are relieved to see Bart back at work and in good spirits. However, Mélody’s anxiety mounts when she confronts some customers at a nearby table, accusing them of staring. Bart intervenes to defuse the situation. Concerned for her well-being, Bastien takes Mélody home. Once there, she notices an open window and a kitchen knife left on the counter, prompting a panic-stricken call to Georges.
Georges rushes to her apartment to offer reassurance, only to discover she has fled to the police station, leaving her mobile phone behind. Overwhelmed by fear, Mélody recounts to Karim that her assailant attempted to run her over with a vehicle.
Later that evening, as Mona watches Lucien, Georges stays with Mélody while Karim documents her latest statement. As Mélody prepares to leave, Georges lingers to gather more details, learning from Karim that Mélody was at Spoon at 4 PM the previous Friday, confirming that she was indeed the target of the poisoning scheme.
Soraya Questions Gabriel’s Loyalty
At Spoon, Soraya, wanting to purchase concert tickets using her joint account with Gabriel, discovers a suspicious charge of €317 from Tropical Tabou. After some research, Victoire uncovers that it’s a sex shop in Pointe-à-Pitre.
Back at the office, Soraya confronts Gabriel regarding the charge, even suggesting he might have cheated on her during his trip to Guadeloupe. Gabriel, confused, insists he knows nothing about the charge, realizing that his bank card has been compromised, and promptly files a report at the police station.
Later, Nordine visits the office to inform Gabriel that he has fallen victim to a scam. Upon hearing this, Soraya quickly apologizes to Gabriel for her accusations. In gratitude, Gabriel invites Nordine to dinner along with their partners.
During the evening, Manon, Nordine, Gabriel, and Soraya gather for dinner. When it’s time to settle the bill, Gabriel finds himself unable to use his card since he had blocked it, and Soraya has forgotten hers at the office. Thus, Nordine steps in to cover the cost, with Gabriel promising to reimburse him soon.
Soizic Catches Adam in a Compromising Situation
Adam confides in Rayane about his creation of a fake dating profile under the name Nicolas, posing as an airline pilot, in hopes of discovering if his mother is still active on the app.
Meanwhile, Gloria shares with Samuel that Adam is troubled about the state of his parents’ relationship, revealing that Soizic still maintains a profile on a dating site.
Later, after a passionate encounter with Gloria, Adam shows her the fake profile designed to catch his mother in a potential indiscretion. Although he hasn’t matched with her yet, Gloria reassures him that everything will be fine. Adam mentions wanting to delete his own profile, and Gloria agrees it’s time for them to be exclusive.
As Gloria drives Adam home, they share a kiss goodnight, but their moment is interrupted when Soizic unexpectedly walks by and catches them on the sidewalk.
