Aurore’s Undercover Mission
At the police station, Aurore confides in Martin about being followed during her lunch break the previous day. Their conversation is interrupted by Manon, who accuses her mother of dishonesty regarding her New Year’s Eve plans. Manon is aware of Aurore’s evening with Achille, prompting Aurore to assert that it is not her concern.
Martin then calls both of them into his office and explains to Manon that Aurore is involved with Achille as part of a covert operation. Achille has a history of seducing women for their money, and they are attempting to catch him in the act. Only Karim is privy to this operation within the police force. Martin stresses the importance of maintaining secrecy about this mission.
Meanwhile, William encounters Samuel and Gloria at the Spoon, discussing the previous night’s incident where he saw Aurore seemingly getting close to Achille. William declares that he will not back down in the face of his rival.
Aurore later meets Achille in town, strategically mentioning her income to make him believe she is a successful reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeon. Achille responds by inviting her to lunch, which she gladly accepts.
Back at the police station, Aurore informs Karim that Achille paid in cash at the restaurant. She expresses her hope to catch him soon, admitting that he disgusts her. At that moment, she sees William outside the police station, who has come to wish her a happy 2025. He uses this opportunity to confront her about seeing another man the night before. Aurore firmly tells him she needs space.
As Aurore returns inside, Karim checks on her well-being. She confesses her fear of losing William and expresses concern that her mission might be going too far, yet she is determined to see it through.
Later, Manon confronts her mother about the hurt she is causing her father by keeping her mission a secret. Aurore reveals her lingering feelings for William and her regret over filing for divorce, but she is equally unwilling to abandon her mission.
In the evening, Manon meets her father at the Spoon, where he declares that his relationship with Aurore is over since she is seeing someone else. He has signed the divorce papers. Determined to prevent her parents’ relationship from ending this way, Manon snatches the papers and tears them apart…
Timothée’s Awkward Morning
When Bart wakes up, he finds Timothée in a panic. Timothée explains that Rachel broke the house rules by taking the bathroom first that morning. In a moment of mishap, he accidentally opened the door and caught a glimpse of her naked from behind. He quickly closed the door to spare her any embarrassment. Bart advises him not to dwell on the incident.
At the police station, Roxane notices an unusual mistake in Timothée’s work, which is unlike him. Suspecting something is bothering him, she eventually figures out what happened.
Later that day, Rachel goes to the Spoon to pick up dinner, where Bart hands her a takeaway order of lasagna. After she leaves, Audrey playfully teases Bart, convinced that he has feelings for his roommate.
During dinner that evening, Rachel confronts Timothée about his odd behavior. He explains the morning’s events, and Rachel reassures him that she will be more mindful in the future.
Joël’s Romantic Intentions
At the Spoon, Mona admits to Bart that she hardly slept the previous night. Bart speculates that she spent the night with Joël, but Mona clarifies that she was binge-watching a series instead.
Throughout the day, Joël stops by the Spoon to inquire if Mona appears sad about him not joining her for the series. He suspects she desires a deeper commitment from him.
Later, Mélody shares with Georges that Joël is planning to propose that Mona move in with him. Georges believes it is premature, warning that Joël might be disappointed with the everyday realities of living with Mona.
