What to do with unwanted children?

In debates surrounding abortion, the central argument of each camp emphasizes either outrage at the death of the fetus or the right of women to control their bodies (“My body, my choice”). . One rarely hears another pro-choice argument, which can be translated into the following question: What happens to unwanted children? Will they all be accepted by their mother? What quality will the attachment uniting a mother and her unwanted child have?

For the very simple well-being of the child, who must be welcomed into his family for years in a benevolent and responsible way, shouldn’t a society be the guarantor of the choice of women to give birth or not?
