How to make a compote?

  1. Peel, core and cut your fruit into small cubes.
  2. Cook them in water for 20 minutes until the pieces soften.
  3. Once your preparation is complete, you can also put it in a blender to obtain a very smooth texture. If you don’t have one, a fork will do just fine.
  4. Add cane sugar, honey, vanilla or even cinnamon for more flavors.

And a jam?
