What services will be available during the Easter break?

Several government service points managed by Quebec and Ottawa will be closed for part of this long weekend. SAAQ service centers were closed on Friday and will also be closed on Monday, as will Passport Canada offices.

The City’s permit counters will be closed throughout this Easter holiday, but online applications will remain possible.

The various collections will keep their usual schedule in all Montreal boroughs, and the ecocentres will remain open.

Montreal’s public markets will remain open throughout the Easter weekend, while all Space for Life facilities will be accessible, including the Insectarium, which recently opened its doors this week after major renovation. The Pointe-à-Callière museum will be open all weekend and exceptionally on Monday.

As for sports facilities and local community facilities such as arenas, swimming pools and libraries, their schedules will vary from one borough to another in the city, but several facilities will close during the Easter holiday.
