Ingredients for 2 lovers of Japanese cuisine:
– 2 chicken breasts
– 3g of ginger
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon of mirin
– 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sake
– 100g of potato starch
– 30cl of frying oil
– 2 spring onions
– 10g of black sesame
– 1/4 lime
THE STEPS TO FOLLOW
Step 1: Prepare your marinade.
In a bowl, grate the ginger, and add the mirin, sake, sesame oil and soy sauce. Place your chicken breasts in the marinade and let stand 15min.
2nd step
Cut your chicken breasts into aiguillettes and dip them in the potato starch.
Step 3
Brown your chicken aiguillettes in a wok with frying oil until they are golden brown. Book.
Step 4
Reduce the chicken marinade in a hot pan. Then pour it over the chicken.
Step 5
Season with a little lime juice, it’s ready.
