For this recipe you will need:
- 750 g sweet potatoes of the color of your choice
- 50g flour
- 2 eggs
- 125g butter
- 50g sugar
- vanilla
- rum
Steam your sweet potatoes and mash them. Add the butter and then the eggs mixed with the sugar. Then add the vanilla and even the pod cut into very small pieces then to finish the rum. Bake in a hot oven at 180° for 20 to 30 minutes, watching the cooking. For a more “inflated” effect you can test with yeast.
