For Easter, we couldn’t fail to tell you about what the Diogo Vaz team is preparing for you in its laboratory in Mont-de-Marsan, Place Saint Roch at the back of the shop. This is where all the organic and fair-trade Diogo Vaz chocolate arrives, coming directly from Sao Tome-et-Principe, this magical volcanic island where the cocoa trees of our landais plantation grow peacefully and on an incredible terroir. This chocolate with its exceptional aromas is obviously to be enjoyed at the moment in the form of large and small dark chocolate brushed eggs or milk that caress your palate, small praline eggs delicious, not too sweet, just enough to allow you to savor several.
Eggs of course, but also bitesfrom rocks,… and especially tablets extraordinary to test absolutely. From grand cru tabletsfrom limited edition tabletsof new milk chocolate and hazelnut bars… You may prefer the citrus, dried fruit or even caramelized nibs break plates.
