Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected in Paris on Friday February 16 to sign a security agreement with France. This will provide new support to the country which is in difficulty.
Tricolor support for Ukraine reaches a new stage. Several French commitments could appear in the security agreement signed with Ukraine, on the occasion of Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Paris, Friday February 16. Among them, the granting of military equipment to kyiv. France says it is ready to produce 78 new Caesar cannons, but also air-to-ground missiles and long-range Scalp missiles. It will support the training of soldiers in Ukraine and the strengthening of the country’s defense industry.

This agreement is welcome for the Ukrainians, who are facing a blockage of American aid and a difficult situation on the ground. “Ukraine is today in a moment of serious weakness.
