was the guest of Damien Thévenot and Maya Lauqué on the set of Telematin to promote his new album titled Hope. The opportunity for the 48-year-old artist to present his musical project, but also to deliver a poignant testimony on the current situation in France.

“I have the impression that the world has a lot of impact on us, that we have quite little impact on it, so my way of reacting to the noise of the world is to talk about love, memories dazzling, to try to seek happiness where it is found“, he added, thus revealing the philosophy that guided the creation of his new opus. Through his words imbued with sincerity, Raphaël offers a reflection on the capacity of music to bring comfort and hope in a world in turmoil.

In a recent interview with The Morning Alouette, Raphaël had already expressed his desire to offer “a record of love, family and tenderness“.
