“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”
This Thursday, October 12, and since the start of the new war between Israel and Hamas, History-Geography professors took the initiative to explain the Israeli-Palestinian conflict from a new angle, while it is already on the program for 3rd and Terminale classes. It is also a way of answering questions from students who, for some, were surprised that the Eiffel Tower was illuminated in the colors of the Israeli flag even though it has never displayed those of the Palestinian flag.
The investigation into rape and corruption of a minor targeting Norman Thavaud was dismissed on Wednesday. The 36-year-old YouTuber with 11 million subscribers was accused by several young girls of having manipulated them to obtain nudes or even have sex with them. The dismissal does not mean that the victims lied but that the offenses are not sufficiently characterized. The complainants also announce that they will file a new complaint.
And then, endometriosis returns to the forefront of the political scene. After the LFI deputies in January 2022, the National Rally will also propose this Thursday a law on this inflammatory and painful disease which consists of an external development of the mucous membrane normally present inside the uterus. RN deputies propose that menstruating women and people who suffer from it benefit from long-term illness status which would allow 100% reimbursement for their care and better reimbursement for sick leave.
