“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”
This Tuesday, March 5, voluntary termination of pregnancy (abortion) is officially enshrined in the Constitution. The World Health Organization welcomes France’s decision to “guarantee women’s rights”, while the Vatican denounces this “right to take human life”. A ceremony to seal the Constitution will be open to the public on Friday, March 8, for International Women’s Day.

In the United States, voters are called to vote in around fifteen states to nominate the candidate of each party for the presidential election. It’s called “Super Tuesday”. Barring any incidents, outgoing President Joe Biden will once again be nominated as the Democratic candidate. On the Republican side, Donald Trump is the favorite.
And then the European Union will ban all single-use plastic containers in cafes and restaurants, or even require that all packaging be recyclable, by 2030. An agreement, which must still be validated by the States and the MEPs, was found on a whole series of measures. Every year, each EU resident throws away 187 kilos of packaging.
