“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”

This Wednesday, September 13, France is temporarily withdrawing the iPhone 12 from sale. The national frequency agency accuses it of emitting too many waves and, even if the World Health Organization points out that their dangerousness has not been demonstrated, it is bad publicity for Apple which presented its new iPhone 15, with a USB-C charger.

Two sisters are on trial starting this Wednesday in Valenciennes for having performed illegal botox and hyaluronic acid injections. One of the 31 victims told franceinfo that she hoped to “improve her face” but that she finds herself today with “the top lip bigger than the bottom.” Other victims suffered infections, sometimes leading to necrosis. The two sisters face up to 10 years in prison.

And then the consumer defense organization Foodwatch is asking the government to impose new rules on food giants when one in six children is overweight or obese in France. The association denounces “junk food marketing” targeting children, with collaborations like that of Jul with Oasis. Out of 228 drinks and foods for children, 9 out of 10 products are affected.
