“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”

This Monday, May 6, the mayor of Sevran said he was “tested, angry and sad, but not disengaged”, after two shootings which left three people dead in less than 48 hours in his town. According to him, his city “needs the State to provide the means.” “There is a territorial inequality which is absolutely unfair. There has been no full-service police station in our town for 30 years,” he denounces.

More than 10,000 people demonstrated against transphobia in several cities in France on Sunday. More than 800 groups and personalities denounce “the ongoing offensive against the rights of trans people”. They are concerned about a proposed LR law to prohibit trans minors from accessing puberty blockers, hormones and surgery.

And then, the first film by comedian Artus, “Un p’tit truc en plus”, marks the best start of the year. In three days, it had nearly 500,000 entries. This comedy features 11 characters with disabilities who are not played by professional actors.
