“Hi it’s Sarah, what does it say?”

This Monday, May 27, the state of emergency will end in New Caledonia at 8 p.m. Paris time. A way, according to the Elysée, to facilitate dialogue. Visiting the archipelago, Emmanuel Macron said he was ready “to go to the referendum” on the reform of the electoral body, a proposal which does not please on the roadblocks, which continue.

Tibo Inshape has surpassed YouTuber Squeezie in number of subscribers, becoming in his place the leading YouTuber in France. Thibault Delapart, his real name, became known as a fitness influencer and has since diversified his content, with reports sometimes sponsored by the army or the government. Internet users criticize him for racist or homophobic comments or even problematic speeches, on depression for example.

For the first time in the history of the Cannes Film Festival, a transgender actress won the Best Actress prize. This is a shared award since Karla Sofia Gascon was rewarded alongside three other actresses from the film Emilia Perez by Jacques Audiard: Selena Gomez, Zoé Saldaña and Adriana Paz. Karla Sofia Gascon dedicated her prize “to all trans people who are suffering” and wanted to send a message of hope to his detractors: “We all have the opportunity to change, to become better people”.
