“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”

This Monday, February 5, Dakar wakes up after clashes between security forces and demonstrators protesting against the postponement of the presidential election announced by Head of State Macky Sall. Opponents were arrested, including a former Prime Minister, and the broadcasting authorization of a television channel was suspended.

7.2% of young people aged 18 to 24 had suicidal thoughts in 2021. This is double compared to 2014, according to the latest barometer from Public Health France, and this should therefore be linked to the effects of confinement on mental health. The Ministry of Higher Education has set up a hotline number, 0 800 737 800, for those who feel the need.

And then, Taylor Swift became the first artist to win the Grammy Awards for best album of the year for the fourth time, ahead of Franck Sinatra, Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon. The queen of pop has already announced the release of an 11th album, scheduled for April 19, 18 months after “Midnights”.
