“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”

This Tuesday, February 20, fishermen can return to sea in the Bay of Biscay. For a month, they had to comply with a ban to protect the dolphins that get caught in their nets. Scientists took advantage of this break to study the behavior of cetaceans.

An imam from Bagnols-sur-Cèze (Gard) is accused of anti-France hatred by the Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin who asks to withdraw his residence permit. In an online sermon, Mahjoub Mahjoubi describes “tricolor flags” as “satanic”. “It is not just this video extract which justified the reaction of the Minister of the Interior, it is a follow-up which dates back several months”, specifies the prefect of Gard.

And then, the European Union opened an investigation against TikTok on Monday to find out whether it complies with new European rules on addictive risk and the protection of minors. Brussels is concerned about the social network’s “rabbit hole effect”. This “rabbit hole” effect which consists of being stuck on the application for several hours.
