The information fell this Thursday, October 5, 2023: Bruce Toussaint is leaving BFMTV to join TF1. After four years at the famous 24-hour news station, the 49-year-old journalist will take his place within the first channel to host, from the beginning of 2024, a new morning meeting linked to information.

The channel revealed that the journalist will discuss information, the art of living, culture, daily life and even major trends. “I am delighted with the arrival of Bruce Toussaint at TF1, a very great journalist who will be able to give the necessary impetus to this new event. The creation of this new program is a further illustration of the ambition of the TF1 group in Information and its desire to strengthen the close link with the public”commented Thierry Thuillier, Deputy Director General of Information for the TF1 group.

Following this announcement, we can then wonder what reception will be given to the journalist by the other figures of the channel.
