Tuesday, November 9, the President of the Republic will speak during a televised address. What can we expect from Emmanuel Macron? What subjects will be discussed? Elements of answer with Jean-Baptiste Marteau, journalist France Télévisions.
Many French people are waiting for Emmanuel Macron’s statements during his televised address on Tuesday, November 9. But what is the President of the Republic going to talk about? “The third dose of vaccine will really be a central element of Emmanuel Macron’s speech. Should it be made compulsory for those over 65?“, declares Jean-Baptiste Marteau, journalist France Televisions, present in front of the Elysée palace.
The evocation of a perishable health pass for those who have not received the new dose would also be underway on the side of the Elysee. The idea of making the third dose compulsory in order to spend a quiet winter also appeals to managers. “It is still necessary to know how to explain this strategy well tomorrow evening, to the French, on television”, adds journalist Jean-Baptiste Marteau. The speech will also discuss other subjects, particularly at the economic level.
