100 days. This was the deadline set in April 2023 by the President of the Republic to turn the page on pensions. The Head of State had set a course: the appeasement of the country. What about 88 days later?
After weeks of protest against the pension reform, Emmanuel Macron had set a goal and a horizon: “next July 14 should allow us to make an initial assessment”, he specified. The sequence had started very badly in mid-April, with many breakouts, and sometimes severe confrontations.
