After Iran’s attack on Israel, several options are on the table for the Jewish state’s response to Tehran. Update on possible scenarios.
In the Israeli war cabinet, several options are on the table for retaliation against Iran. The first is a direct attack by Israel against Iran. The countries are 1,500 kilometers apart, and Iran is therefore within range of Israeli missiles or planes. What would the targets be? No doubt military structures or those of the Revolutionary Guards. Another option in Iran: strikes against military nuclear sites, Tehran’s hidden program to obtain the bomb. The Israelis have done this before.

The second scenario is attacks by Israel against Iran’s affiliates in the region: Syria, Iraq, Yemen.
