Insulate your walls to heat less this winter, renovate your roof or replace your windows, these installations are still eligible for the “MaPrimeRenov” system but this should not last. From January 1, 2024, the aid will be more generous but above all more demanding in terms of the performance to be achieved. To be financed, a renovation must combine at least two works such as changing your windows or insulating your walls.
There will be no more grants for one-off work
For the most modest households, the State will reimburse up to 90% for work costing up to 70,000 euros. The result must allow you to gain at least two classes on the energy performance label. But for only one type of work at a time, there will no longer be subsidies. The state is targeting 200,000 overall renovations in 2024, three times more than last year.
