To make it easier to access property, rent or simply find a roof, the government has just announced, Monday, June 5, its plan for the real estate sector. First objective: to help the poorest, i.e. one million people in France, without housing. On the table, 160 million euros more than expected have been deposited. But for the Abbé Pierre foundation, the account is still not there.
The extended zero interest loan
Another axis retained: encourage rental housing, known as “intermediate”, with more guarantees Visale, when the State stands surety for the buyer. For a promoter, the rental investment of households is not encouraged enough. Emphasis is also placed on access to property with a zero-interest loan extended until 2027. At the same time, the real and joint lease is experiencing a boost.
