What are the French’s favorite pasta?

The Lustucru brand presents a ranking of the French’s favorite pasta, based on a survey carried out with Opinion Way. The tagliatelle comes in first place.

Do you like them al dente, bolognese, norma, arrabiata or just with butter? Lustucru has revealed the ranking of the French’s favorite pasta. In first position: tagliatelle, closely followed by spaghetti and shells. This survey was carried out by Lustucru with the Opinion Way* institute, on the occasion of the Made in France trade fair which begins on November 9 at the Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles, in Paris.

Tagliatelle was voted the favorite pasta by 22% of respondents. A variety that appeals to all generations: 21% of 18-24 year olds and 22% of 25-65 year olds and over. According to the survey, the long and thin strap appears more generally in the ranking of 56% of French people. In the rest of the ranking, spaghetti is chosen by 19% of respondents. They are very popular among 18-24 year olds, who even cite them at 24% as their favorite pasta.

Shells come in third position and are the favorite pasta of 17% of French people. Finally, at the foot of the podium, farfalles are tied with twists (15%), followed by noodles (5%) and macaroni (4%).
