A restaurant recipe to cook at home in less than 20 minutes, that’s the promise of meal kits. These boxes delivered to your home contain all the ingredients. Meal kits are whetting the appetite of businesses. Dozens of websites offer their baskets, promising to make cooking easier and help people eat healthier.
Recipes can be developed by cooks to imagine quick dishes: 20 minutes of preparation maximum, no sophisticated equipment and ingredients that appeal to as many people as possible. On the financial side, the consumer finds himself there. The boxes are generally less expensive than shopping you do yourself. However, be careful about transparency. Not all brands display the origin of the ingredients.
