Searches were carried out in several cities and boroughs on the west island of Montreal, including Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Sainte-Geneviève, Pierrefonds and Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Others also took place in downtown Montreal and Quebec City.

A total of four firearms were seized.
