Marco Ema at Petit Outremont
Marco Ema released an excellent second album last fall, Anyway, Mommy Love, a very personal work, both rock and moving. The singer-songwriter will be visiting Petit Outremont on 1er March, as part of a great series of shows intended to introduce young artists from the French-speaking world. Looking forward to seeing how Marco Ema’s highly cinematic universe will come to life on stage, but there is certainly a high potential for great emotions and music that takes you on a journey.

The return of Me in the red ruins
Created in 2012 at the Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui, the play Me in the red ruins of the century, written by Olivier Kemeid for the actor of Ukrainian origin Sasha Samar, is taken up by Duceppe in the explosive context of the war led by Russia for two years. We follow the actor’s quest for identity, and in particular his desire to become famous so that his mother can find him. But the small story quickly joins the big one, that of the collapse of the USSR, the Chernobyl disaster or the war in Afghanistan. A brilliant, moving show, but also full of humor.
Chez Duceppe until March 30
