Lawson Crouse had a goal and an assist on Wednesday to help the Arizona Coyotes win New Jersey 4-1 against the Devils.

Crouse made it 2-1 midway through the second period, scoring his 10and goal of the season.

Dysin Mayo, Travis Boyd and Johan Larsson also scored for the Coyotes.

Loui Eriksson provided two assists and Karel Vejmelka stopped 35 shots.

Nico Hischier has been the scorer for the Devils, who have lost their last three games.

Mackenzie Blackwood made 13 saves in her first start since Jan. 8. He was on the sidelines in relation to the protocol regarding COVID-19.

Accomplice of Boyd’s goal, Jakob Chychrun returned to the game after an absence of 11 games, linked to protocol and an injury in the upper body.

Igor Shesterkin made 35 saves, including 27 in the last two periods, after conceding three goals in the first period.

Mitch Marner, Ilya Mikheyev and Michael Bunting were the scorers for the visitors. Jack Campbell stopped 21 shots.
