Weather in Quebec: cool weather despite the sun for the start of the week

Despite the presence of a generous sun, temperatures will be below normal for the season at the start of the week throughout most of Quebec.

The weather will therefore be sunny everywhere with temperatures of 14 degrees in the south and center of the province, while the mercury will not exceed 11 degrees in eastern Quebec.

In Montreal, temperatures could reach 16 degrees in the afternoon, which remains below seasonal norms, as spring enters its last month.

The same scenario is expected in Quebec and Estrie with sunshine in an azure sky and 14 degrees on the thermometer, according to Environment Canada.

On the other hand, the federal agency anticipates better weather conditions with a beautiful sun in the cloudless sky and a rising mercury on Tuesday.

Thus, it will be 23 to 24 degrees in southern and central Quebec, particularly in Montreal, Montérégie and Estrie, but much less in the eastern sectors of the province.

But this summer weather will be short-lived, since the rain will be back on Wednesday, causing temperatures to drop everywhere, with highs of 14 degrees in Montreal.
