France Télévisions is a public audiovisual company. His show “Le monde de Loison” (known as “the Show”), broadcast in particular on the FranceInfo channel and website from Monday to Friday, deciphers issues linked to current events.
In order to energize the themes covered and create interactivity with viewers, France Télévisions has created a QR linking to a WhatsApp number, communicated during the Show and intended to collect your questions, testimonies, voice recordings, photographs and videos, which, if selected, are relayed in the “We answer you” section of the Show.

Processing of personal data

This processing is based on the legitimate interest of France Télévisions in producing interactive broadcasts. Your response and telephone number and in certain cases your name, first name and date of birth will be kept for six months.

France Télévisions wishes to use, free of charge, within the Show, photographs, videos and/or voice recordings representing you, which you have transmitted to the WhatsApp telephone number dedicated to the “We answer you” section (hereinafter “ the contents “).
By responding positively to France Télévisions following its message recalling the conditions of use presented here and by transmitting your name, first name and age, you authorize France Télévisions to exploit the Content and accept the following terms:
You authorize the company France Télévisions to carry out, free of charge, the recording, broadcasting and rebroadcasting of your first and last name, your image and/or your interview in full and/or in extracts, throughout the world and for a period of 30 years:
-by any mode of electronic communication on the services published and operated by France Télévisions (in particular the television channel and the France Info website, TV5Monde);
-by any mode of electronic communication on accounts opened by France Télévisions on social networks and collaborative platforms (in particular Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube);
-by any mode of electronic communication on the services published and operated by other television broadcasting organizations which carry out the resumption of France Télévisions services (in particular television channels and Internet sites), and on the accounts opened by these organizations on the networks social and collaborative platforms (notably Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube).
Conditions for broadcasting Content free of charge by France Télévisions
France Télévisions wishes to use, free of charge, within the Show, texts, photographs, videos and/or voice recordings that you have made and transmitted to the WhatsApp telephone number dedicated to the “We answer you” section ( hereinafter “the Content”).
By responding positively to France Télévisions following its message recalling the conditions of use presented here and by transmitting your name, first name and age, you authorize France Télévisions to exploit the Content and accept the following terms:
You authorize France Télévisions to adapt, reproduce, archive, store, broadcast and/or publish, all or part of the Content by any means known and unknown to date with a view to its broadcast and exploitation, linear and non-linear, on the all the services published and operated by France Télévisions and in particular on the FranceInfo channel and website, on France Télévisions accounts opened, on social networks and collaborative platforms (Facebook Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube etc. ), throughout the world and for the legal duration of copyright protection and on all TV5 monde media.
In the event that the Content is a work within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code, you transfer free of charge to France Télévisions all rights necessary for its reproduction, representation and adaptation under the operating conditions as described .
You declare and guarantee that you are the sole owner of the exploitation rights to the Content and, if you are not the sole owner of the rights to this Content, you declare and guarantee that you have obtained authorization from the person(s) who may claim to hold a share of responsibility in the creation of the Content to grant this authorization or of the person(s) who consider(s) to have any rights whatsoever to assert on the occasion of its broadcast by France Télévisions in within the framework of this authorization.
You undertake not to disturb, by any means whatsoever, the exploitation of the Content and guarantee France Télévisions the peaceful exercise of the rights transferred.
You declare and guarantee that the Content does not harm the interests of France Télévisions.
You confirm that this authorization will not result in any payment to any person whatsoever.
