For around 20 million euros, the international hopefuls trained at the club is on the way to joining Rennes after a two-year loan to Lens. Despite excellent preparation with Paris this season, it was almost inevitable that Arnaud Kalimuendo would be transferred:

Another file addressed by Christophe Galtier, that of the “undesirable” Mauro Icardi. The Argentinian is only the shadow of himself at PSG. He has been placed in Group 2 (group of players who are asked to leave) and his coach also hopes the Argentine finds a way out. “I saw Mauro at the beginning of the week to tell him that I still wanted to restrict the group and that I did not want to work with 25 outfield players. Does he have any proposals, requests, what are his wishes? “I don’t know. The club is working closely with Mauro to find the best possible solution. He has had very little playing time in recent seasons and it is important for him that he recovers. _Both in the interest of Mauro and that of the club, it would be good to find the best compromise so that he can express his qualities (sic elsewhere)._“
A new striker expected
Last week Christophe Galtier announced that he wanted 3 more reinforcements but without specifying the positions. This Thursday, he refined his point since clearly he wants a reinforcement in attack: “We want another striker to arrive, with a very busy schedule until November 15 plus a World Cup (in three months). The club is working a lot and I’m in direct contact with Luis Campos (director of the football), who is in direct contact with the management and the president.
