The actor’s children have filed a complaint in particular for “moral harassment”, “misappropriation of correspondence” or even “abuse of weakness” against Hiromi Rollin. A preliminary investigation has been opened, while the person concerned “disputes all the facts”.
A French legend under control? Alain Delon’s three children, Anthony, 52, Anouchka, 32, and Alain-Fabien, 29, filed a complaint on Wednesday July 5 against the “paid companion” of 87-year-old actor Hiromi Rollin. A second complaint, filed only by the eldest son, targets this woman who has taken an important place in the life of the star in recent years. This one who “dispute all of the facts” which he is accused of. Franceinfo returns to this case for which a preliminary investigation has been opened.
A collaborator who has become essential in the life of Alain Delon
66-year-old Hiromi Rollin would have known the actor in 1992 on the set of the film The Return of Casanova, by Edouard Niermans, in which the Frenchman played the main role and where she officiated as second assistant director, assures BFMTV. She found the actor on the set of the series Frank Rivabroadcast in 2003 on France 2. In his filmography, there are also experiences on the set of Fugitivesby Francis Veber,Adultery (how to) by Christine Pascale or by Step motherby Gabriel Aghion.
But it was after the actor’s stroke, which occurred in 2019, that Hiromi Rollin got closer to the star. The support she showed him after this ordeal marked the star of the cinema. “During my real recovery, I was helped by a person, a Japanese girlfriend of mine, who took care of me and cared for me for months”, he said in an interview with TV5 Monde in 2021. That year, Hiromi Rollin appeared alongside the star at the funeral of Jean-Paul Belmondo in September in Paris. According to the Delon children’s lawyer, Christophe Aleya, the sexagenarian “settled” in the estate owned by the actor in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret).
Asked about BFMTV, Anthony Delon gave more information: “She was his assistant (…), the manager of [sa résidence de] Douchy, until recently she was an employee. And then after his accident, she started taking care of him (…). Little by little, she took this place of companion”. The eldest son then clarified that the sixty-something had been employed by the actor “until 4 or 5 years ago”.
Opposing versions
The Delon children’s lawyer, Christophe Ayela, assured that since the star’s cardiovascular accident, Hiromi Rollin had not had “stop isolating Alain Delon from his relatives, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats”. “She systematically checks his telephone conversations and his private messages. She answers in his place, pretending to be him, she tries to intercept his postal mail”listed the lawyer. “She prevents her children from coming to see him regularly, as they have always done. She is authoritarian, threatening, even going so far as to mistreat Mr. Delon’s dog in an unacceptable way”, again denounced Christophe Aleya.
In a statement sent to AFP, Anthony Delon said that his father “seemed to resign himself to a life that did not suit him, but which he considered a price to pay, not for his peace of mind, but not to be alone at home with a medical assistant he did not know”. The worsening of the situation over the years, again according to the eldest son, led the actor to ask “June 27, 2023 in writing that Mrs. Hiromi Rollin leaves the residence of Douchy definitively”.

The person concerned fully contested the facts through the voice of her lawyer, Yassine Bouzrou, who also implies that her client was assaulted. “Madame Rollin will file a complaint against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for the aggravated voluntary violence suffered on July 5, 2023 and confirmed by a medical certificate., added the council in a statement sent to AFP on Friday. However, Friday evening, the public prosecutor in Montargis (Loiret) affirmed not to have received a complaint in this direction.
Two complaints filed by the Delon children
Wednesday, the floor was “recipient of two complaints from the Delon family”, said in a press release the public prosecutor of Montargis, Jean-Cédric Gaux. The first complaint, dated Tuesday and submitted by the council of Alain Delon’s three children, targets facts of “moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence and animal abuse”, according to the magistrate. The children denounce “the disparaging and aggressive attitude” of Hiromi Rollin against Alain Delon and his children, as well as “its actions tending to capture for its own benefit the latter’s letters and telephone messages”. They also accuse the sexagenarian of “Blows to Alain Delon’s dog”. According to the prosecution, Alain Delon was associated with these incriminations “by declaration signed and attached to the complaint”.
A second complaint was filed Monday by the eldest son, Anthony Delon, in a Paris police station. The latter had begun, as of January 31, 2022, “to notify and relate facts which took place in [son] family circle and which more specifically concerned the relationship between [son] father Alain Delon and his companion Mrs. Hiromi Rollin”, he wrote in a text sent to AFP. He notably accuses this one of not having warned them after a violent fall, which earned the star “many stitches on the forehead as well as a night in the hospital for observation”.
“She explained to me that it was not up to me to tell her what to do. I told her that she could not steal our father’s death from us. In such a serious accident, she must call his children (…) Imagine that he haemorrhages in the night and that we lose him!

This complaint was filed for acts of “moral harassment, violence and sequestration of a vulnerable person, abuse of weakness and violence on an animal”. On BFMTV, Anthony Delon also suggests the existence of voice recordings, which “are part of the complaint”, and which would prove that Hiromi Rollin was not the companion of his father. A preliminary investigation has been opened and has been entrusted to the Orleans research section and the Montargis research brigade, announced the public prosecutor.
