We stock up on vitamins with citrus fruits on France Bleu Alsace

Orange, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, kumquat, citrus fruits are not lacking in flavor or color to tantalize our taste buds at mealtime.

In winter, they warm our frozen hearts like never before. So, how to do without behind the stove? It’s impossible, just the lemon … How often do you use its juice to make a vinaigrette or an accompanying sauce, or a little of its zest, to flavor all kinds of cakes and desserts?

The citrus fruits are being cooked this morning in the company of Alain Kleinbeck, Head of Catering at La Sapam, wholesaler of fruit, vegetables and seafood in Strasbourg on France Bleu Alsace.

Try your luck at the Fridge Challenge!

Every day at 10:50 a.m., our chef is waiting for your call to “The Fridge Challenge”. The principle is simple:

  • open your refrigerator door
  • give 4 to 5 ingredients that you have inside
  • in 2 minutes, the Chef present in the studio must imagine a recipe based on the products offered

Each day, if you are selected on the air, you participate for the super Friday gift! To be won this week – a gift voucher of 100 euros offered by the Federation of Chefs d’Alsace, to spend in one of the establishments of the chefs of Alsace.
