After their first defeat of the season on behalf of the first day (nldr 0-1 Caen, July 30), the Nîmes managed to score and take their first point of the season. Nicolas Usaï, realistic about the physiognomy of the match with a big (sterile) domination of the Greens, is rather satisfied with this draw in Forez: “We took a point, so the counter is ticking. On the strength of the team, it was good defensively. We had trouble using our left side unlike our right side with Thibaut Vargas which was well used. Niclas Eliasson was a little weaned from the ball. I am also aware that Saint-Etienne is a team in reconstruction, like us.
