A Brotherhood created in 2007 and really active since 2017. A Brotherhood which gives Chantilly cream back its letters of nobility.
Today, meeting with the secretary of the Brotherhood of the Whipping Knights of Chantilly Cream, Bertrand Alaime, to tell us about the Brotherhood, also to tell us about the enthronement of new knights which takes place this November 25 and especially to show us how we make a very beautiful whipped cream!
