The images show Canadian soldiers, weapons and the tanks sent by Ottawa to support Ukraine in the defense of its country.
“The flesh and blood of our future victory! Canada, we love you”, is it possible to read in the publication shared on the account of the ministry.
With a little humorous note, the Eastern European country also thanked its ally for the long Canadian underwear, while Ottawa announced that winter equipment would be sent to the troops to face the winter.
“We love you back. Across the country, Canadians fly Ukrainian flags on their front porches, car windows and small businesses. With full military assistance, we will continue to stand by your side in your fight to defend your freedom and independence,” National Defense Minister Anita Anand said on social media.
