The police arrive quickly on the spot and handcuff the alleged attacker when he deigns to open the door, after several minutes of negotiation. Rescuers evacuate the victim in a “very serious condition“, passing by the balcony of a neighbour.

In this building where the inhabitants know each other well, no one really knows too much about this couple and their four children. They arrived only a few weeks ago. This neighbor just remembers a few exchanges: “Monsieur was very virulent, he was surly. He was always unhappy about this or that. I’m sorry, I can’t understand.“

The man, born in 1981, was arrested and placed in police custody in the premises of the judicial police of Val-de-Marne, to whom the investigation was entrusted.
