“We have the feeling that Gabriel Attal has hit the anthill and that nothing will ever be the same again,” rejoices Renaissance MP Karl Olive

“Unfortunately, we always have to wait for a tragedy for that to change. We have the feeling that Gabriel Attal has hit the anthill and that nothing will ever be the same again and so much the better”declared Thursday November 9 on franceinfo Karl Olive, Renaissance deputy for Yvelines, former mayor of Poissy.

On the occasion of the National Day Against Bullying, Thursday, he went to the Jean Jaurès college in Poissy, where a student who was a victim of harassment, Nicolas, committed suicide in September. “We see that there are initiatives at Jean Jaurès, in Poissy, at the Jean Lurçat college in Achères, with anti-harassment brigades. It’s starting to take shape and so much the better. I welcome these initiatives.”adds the Renaissance deputy from Yvelines

Gabriel Attal wants the examination of a disciplinary procedure against the former rector of Versailles, after the suicide of Nicolas, a teenager from Poissy who was a victim of harassment. Charline Avenel, “is determined to assert its rights”indicates his lawyer. “The Minister of National Education has decided to tackle a certain number of dysfunctions head-on, this does not mean that he declared that the former rector was accused”explained Karl Olive.

“Sunday all together for the march against anti-Semitism”

“We cannot say that we are taking a march against anti-Semitism, for the Republic, by saying that it is not a political march and ban this or that party. We are waiting for there to be a bell alarm to stop anti-Semitism.”

Karl Olive “is fed up with this vast hypocrisy in our country, particularly on the part of politicians. The French do not want that. The French support this march. There have been a thousand abuses against the Jews since this massacre of October 7. What is needed? “asks the Renaissance deputy. “Are we going to argue because the proposed route doesn’t match? Are we going to argue about whether or not a walk is necessary?” For Karl Olive, the important thing is to be “all together” to this walk.
