The tour of the France Bleu markets stopped this Friday, March 18 at the Fréry market in Belfort. The France Bleu Belfort Montbéliard teams have set up at the entrance to the covered market with the France Bleu mobile kitchen where our two chefs prepare their dishes after shopping. They had two hours to complete this challenge.
Reminder of the challenge: make starter, main course and dessert, for 6 to 8 people, for a maximum amount of 30 euros. Our chefs are accompanied by two of our loyal listeners, Jocelyne and Dominique, who lend a hand for the preparation of the dishes. They have two hours to win the challenge!
After going around the market, Christian Piloud and Fabrice Piguet, defined the menu : as a starter, white and green asparagus with Maltese sauce, followed by a Thai-style chicken drumstick with zucchini, coriander and company, and finally a roasted pineapple with spices. Thank you to the market producers who played the game to stay within the budget.
Thanks to Dominique and Jocelyne, two loyal listeners of France Bleu Belfort Montbéliard, who came to lend a hand to our two leaders. There was one hour left to prepare this three-course menu for 6 to 8 people. And the challenge is successful. Congratulations to our team of cooks!
