We cook with Pierre Didierjean, director of parks and gardens of Nancy and chef Morgan Fady

Pierre DIDIERJEAN is from the Vosges. He has been director of parks and gardens in Nancy for several years. We owe him, in particular, the setting up of events related to the gardens in Nancy: “Nature in celebration” in May at Parc Sainte Marie and “la Pépinière en vert” at the Pépinière de Nancy on September 3 and 4. . France Bleu is a partner.

On the menu :

basil, it grows well here and we can put it in nice tomato salads which are in full season. Pierre also really likes sunny vegetables like peppers. Pierre also likes pavlova.
