We cook walnuts with Lydie Salomon, a nuciculturist in Montailleur and Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy

Since 2019, they have been selling their nuts in short circuits. They have thus developed a whole range based on nuts

It is Lydie who takes care of the processing on the farm. She concocts little wonders such as caramelized and chocolate walnuts or even spiced walnuts with thyme or rosemary! She does not lack imagination to delight our taste buds!!!

Their nuts are also transformed into oil and flour in a mill located in Isère
