We cook the stuffing on France Bleu Alsace

They are composed of raw or cooked food, more or less finely chopped, then seasoned and added with condiments and herbs.

Stuffed tomatoes, meatballs, Christmas turkey, with vegetables, stuffing, it’s a culinary preparation that we still have to make quite often. For our greatest pleasure: a farce, it’s not super complicated to do; and it’s rather fun to cook, since we can garnish it at our convenience according to our desires and what we find on the market stalls to respect the seasons!

We put pranks in the spotlight this Tuesday in the company of Arnaud Barberis the chef of Hochberg castle in Wingen sur Moder sur France blue alsace.

  • give 4 to 5 ingredients that you have inside
