We cook fresh and colorful with Anne Lambing from AML Créations Culinaires

And you, what do you eat when it’s hot and even very hot? It’s not always easy to eat cold and balanced, but imagine that it is possible! Anne Lambing, culinary artisan at AML Créations Culinaires gave us some recipes. It can be an aperitif dinner with vegetable caviars to spread if you have a little time in front of you, but if you have very little time, opt for a very fresh gazpacho made with melon, cucumber and watermelon. It will be a perfect starter, fresh, and balanced, full of nutrients. For fish lovers, don’t hesitate to try a sea bream ceviche, or a simpler Norwegian salad: a few lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon, shelled prawns and a small emulsion of lemon salt pepper and olive oil and voila. On the dessert side, Anne presented us with the surprise watermelon. Another way to eat fruit. With a Parisian spoon, dig marbles in a watermelon, a melon, a few large peaches if you have, and put all your fruit marbles in the dug watermelon which will act as a salad bowl. With a few mint leaves and voila!

Anne Lambing is a caterer at home and does everything in house. For a reception of up to 60 people, a dinner with friends, a family celebration, a business dinner, call on his services.
