INSTANT BLUE KITCHEN CIRCUIT

Three teams of students from EM Strasbourg, the management school, will compete in a food truck war tomorrow January 13 on Boulevard de la Marne in Strasbourg from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. During this final, the 3 teams will offer passers-by their “signature” dish in a food truck. The winning team will be the one that has generated the most significant profit. All of the profits generated by the sales of the dishes will be donated to the 3 associations chosen by the finalist teams.
