We cook cauliflower on France Bleu Alsace

You can serve it raw, accompanied by other raw vegetables, prepare it as a gratin or even make donuts. Cauliflower is a good source of vitamin C: a raw serving contains almost as much vitamin C as half an orange.

China, India, Italy and Spain are the largest cauliflower producers. In France, it is the 10th most consumed vegetable in the year.

We’re cooking cauliflower this Monday with Yannick Mattern, head of castle on the island in Ostwald on France Bleu Alsace.
